What we collect
Your name, email address, optional phone number, the service or package you are interested in, your message, plus basic technical data (page visited, language, referrer, browser type and an anonymous session identifier) used to understand which service preview led to your enquiry.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, confirm consultation bookings, prepare a quote, and improve which services and previews we show. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Where it is stored
Enquiries, bookings and anonymous analytics events are stored in our secured cloud database with restricted access. Copies of enquiries are also delivered to our Sales and Founders mailboxes.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and booking records are kept for up to 24 months so we can support ongoing conversations and projects, then deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or have it erased. Email gbilondon@yahoo.co.uk or peacedevelopmentltd@gmail.com and we will respond within 72 hours.
Cookies and analytics
We use session storage to remember your language and the last preview you watched, and privacy-respecting analytics events to measure interest in each service. No advertising profiles are built from this site.
